We're sorry . . . Our on-line registration system is temporarily unavailable. Please print out your application and mail it to our office, or call us (306-244-3702) or email us and we will mail a form to you.
Before you register on-line, you will need . . .
- Personal info:
- Your mailing address including postal code,
- Your phone number and email address,
- Your parent's/guardian's work, home and cell phone numbers, and
- Your parent's/guardian's email address.
- Sponsor info: If you need help finding a sponsor, take a look at the Find a Sponsor Page. You will need to contact your sponsor to request sponsorship and get the following information:
- Your sponsor's email address,
- The name and address of the sponsoring organization,
- Your contact's name and phone number.
- Credit card or Pay Pal Account: You will need to submit payment for the complete participant registration fee of $210 or pay a deposit to complete your registration.
When your registration is complete . . . you will receive a confirmation email with a medical information form attached. It is very important that you fill out this form with your parents/guardians, have your parents/guardians sign it and bring it to camp registration.
About 3 weeks before camp, you will receive a detailed package by email with all the information you need to know to get ready for camp.
