PLEASE NOTE: JUNIOR 1 (JULY 2-5) AND INTRODUCTORY 3 (JULY 21-25) CAMPS HAVE BEEN CANCELLED!
NOTE: This website is not currently equipped for on-line registration. However, you may complete the attached registration form on-line, print it off, take it to your sponsor to have it signed, and then send it to our office with your deposit cheque.
2010 Registration Form
Registration Information:
Participants pay a $200 registration fee. If you want to attend a camp but are unable to pay some, or all, or the participant fee, please contact us. We may be able to help you find additional sponsorship. In addition, a local co-operative sponsor pays a $405 sponsorship fee on your behalf.
If you are unable to find a sponsor, or would like some assistance in determining who to contact in your area, please call our office. We are happy to help, and we'll ensure that no one is turned away from the program due to lack of sponsorship.
Registration Procedure:

If you are 12 or 13 before December 31, 2010 and have never attended a Co-operative Youth Program Seminar, register at the Junior level.

If you have completed the Junior level, register for the Introductory level, even if you are only 13.

If you are 14 or 15 before December 31, 2010 and have never attended a Co-operative Youth Program Seminar, register at the Introductory level.

If you have completed the Introductory level, register at the Intermediate level, even if you are only 15.

If you are 16 to 18 before December 31, 2010 and have never attended a Co-operative Youth Program Seminar, register at the Intermediate level
Registration deadline is two weeks prior to the commencement of the camp, but register early to get your first choice of session dates.

Once accepted, you will receive a confirmation letter. Complete details will be sent three weeks prior to your seminar.

At least $100 of your registration fee must accompany your registration form as a deposit. The balance can be paid on arrival at the seminar.

Part of your deposit ($50) is non-refundable. Cancellation must be made two weeks before the seminar to avoid forfeiting the remainder of your $100 deposit.
